On-line transaction posting automatically formats dates, dollar amounts, semi-colons and automatically calculates batch totals and transactions in the batch for all line types through a web form with field prompts.
The document management system provides a central repository of documents (including policies and procedures) where multiple versions of each form can be stored, enabling rollback capability to a previous version. Documents can be assigned expiration or review dates to ensure that JACHO and other standards are met; the ability to check-out/check-in documents ensures that multiple users do not attempt to update the same document simultaneously.
