WISEware® Adds Credit Score & Zip Code Data Reporting to WISEcap®
Credit Score and Zip Code data reporting capability is added to the already powerful information WISEcap offers for measuring and managing collection performance.
NEW ORLEANS— October 20, 2008
As economic turmoil increases, collection agencies and their clients are searching for the most efficient way to recover client balances. WISEcap’s ad hoc report writer provides a fair and consistent comparison of collections data so your business can engage in data-based revenue and expense planning.
Now, with credit scores and zip codes added to WISEcap, clients can segregate balances by credit score and/or by zip code in order to focus attention on those balances with the highest potential for recovery.
Credit scores can be considered a predictor of how likely a person is to make their credit payments on time. FICO scores range from 300-850, higher FICO scores are better. Zip Codes in WISEcap are based on the United States Postal Service's five digit Zip Codes.

Tulane Medical Center’s Clinic Dashboard, Developed by WISEware™, Presents Up-To-Date Intelligence and Drives Decision Making
Tulane Medical Center launched its new clinic dashboard today. Based on eighteen (18) metrics for thirty three (33) clinics developed by TMC management, Bain & Company consultants and WISEware, the new tool is intended to help executive staff and clinic managers measure performance relative to established objectives.
NEW ORLEANS—November 9, 2007
Bain & Company consultants and Tulane Medical Center managers have been working for over a year identifying areas needing improvement, baseline measurements, metrics for measuring improvement, and setting goals and objectives for Tulane clinic operations. One tool that has emerged from this effort has been the clinic dashboard.
WISEware’s, Dewayne Wilson, has worked very closely with the team to create an innovative, single screen display of the most important information. The dashboard is presented in a way that allows managers to monitor what is going on in an instant and to easily recognize trends.
Each metric display provides a benchmark, progress toward the benchmark, and trends six months of historical performance. Clicking any metric on the dashboard provides drill down capability and graphical display of the detail data for the clinics. Further drill down capability is available by clinic, by department and by physician.
The dashboard’s data comes from four separate and distinct systems and three satisfaction surveys. Dashboard metrics are updated, as often as daily, via FTP compiles that feed not only the dashboard but the drill down graphical display and reports.

Tulane University Medical Center & Wilson Interests, LLC team up to reunite patients and their physicians.
Tulane clinics recover from Katrina and come back on line using a Wilson Interests web application Dewayne Wilson built for the new call center during his own evacuation from the city.
NEW ORLEANS—February 10, 2006
Seeing a doctor, even for the most routine problem, has never been more difficult. But, thanks to a web application Dewayne Wilson, of Wilson Interests, LLC began building on his laptop at the dining room table of a friend in Louisville, KY, last October, Tulane nurses are able to reunite patients and physicians in clinics throughout the southeast.
Tulane created the call center in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to answer patient calls for a variety of healthcare issues, from prescription refills to missed clinic appointments. Staffed with nurses, the call center managers needed an efficient solution for recording temporary contact information for patients and managing workflows. The web application built by Wilson Interests permits the routing of requests to queues based on the type of action required, with management reports for number of calls, types of calls and how issues were resolved.
According to a New Orleans Times-Picayune article, The Doctor is Out on February 8, the Category 3 hurricane created the biggest migration of doctors in the United States since the 1940s, when the World War II draft siphoned thousands of health-care workers from the nation's economy. Thomas Ricketts, deputy director for policy analysis at the University of North Carolina's Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research said, "as many as 4,486 doctors, including 1,270 residents training at local hospitals, evacuated from Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard parishes."
When Katrina punched through the city's levees, Tulane's downtown campus was swamped with 1 1/2 feet of water. Since then, the physicians and staff have operated in temporary locations in Metairie, Covington, and throughout Louisiana. The downtown campus is expected to reopen on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 with a limited number of inpatient beds and clinic services. The hospital will be the first downtown hospital to reopen since the storm.
Wilson Interests has been a partner of Tulane University Hospital and Clinics since 1994, providing data conversion, data analysis, and business process improvement applications.
