There are several options for reaching us.

  • Send Feedback

    Every online WISE application contains a mechanism to Send Feedback. Feedback is used to immediately correct any software errors or problems and to plan additional functionality for future software versions.
    Under the help/feedback tab in each application, the Send Feedback pop up allows users to choose the feedback type (Suggestion, Report an error/problem, or Other feedback) from the drop down menu. Describe the problem, or suggestion, in the text box. Feedback is submitted to WISEware via email immediately.


  • Contact Form

    The form on our contact us page is probably the easist way to reach us because it sends us an email whether we're in the office or not. We promise to call you right back.

    The office number is (865) 336-2963. Our standard office hours are 8:00‐5:30 EST weekdays, excluding holidays.

Network status and scheduled maintenance

We will post updated information about any scheduled downtime, network status, or system-wide issue here and on our customer login page.
